The NEWCNA neighborhood picnic is back!! Come join the fun at 1 pm on October 9th at North Oaks Park on Plaza Dr. There will be hot dogs grillin’, drinks and more. The firefighters from the #30 firehouse will bring their big ladder truck to show the kids. Take a tour of the truck and meet the fighter fighters. There will also be a police officer with a patrol car to see too.
If your interested in gardening come meet the NEWCNA garden group. They will be set up at the picnic with some some seeds or cuttings to share. Feel free to bring any seeds or cutting you would like to share and see what others bring that you might want to try in your garden or just come to chat about gardening. Lynn Gibson who organizes that group will be there and will be happy to add you to the group interested in joining.
There is limited seating at the park so bring a lawn chair and come meet your neighbors.
